The second step is to determine the size of the space you want to live in and to define your expectations from this place and share them with us.

The third step is to introduce you our standard production plans that are published on our website. If any of these plans suit your needs, you can have a MGHouse within the budgets in our price lists that are published on our website.

If our standard plans do not meet your requirements, then we will have a detailed discussion with you and prepare alternative draft plans for you. Be sure that you will have the most suitable project that you will be satisfied with.

The next step after agreeing on the final plan is to choose the materials that will be used for the interior and exterior facades and any additional materials. Now, you can budget your MG living space.

After you approve the budget, a contract will be prepared that includes the duration of the work, production details, properties of the materials to be used.

Factory production process will start after you sign the contract and make an advance payment. You can visit our factory anytime during the production process and get information about the progress from the photos that are delivered via a drive link.

After the production is completed, you can check the product on site and see if it matches the contract terms. Then, the delivery stage will begin. Before shipping the product, you should have made the remaining payment.

The product will be delivered to the assembly site by our vehicles. After the delivery is completed, the modules will be assembled on site within 1-2 days depending on the size of the project.

MG Houses is a company that uses container technology to create aesthetic and comfortable mobile living spaces.

There are two different categories of products that are used structurally in the production stage.

The first category consists of reinforced light steel frame container systems that can bear loads.

The second category consists of structures that are modified from 20 DC and 40 DC or 40 HC cargo containers.

The structures in the first category are more economical than those in the second category.

Our products in the second category have advantages such as strength, durability, load-bearing capacity, and unique design possibilities, which make them preferred by our customers.

The difference between these two categories is purely structural. We take all the measures to ensure that our products have high standards of thermal insulation.

The materials that are used for our products, both inside and outside, are standard materials. Therefore, our products have the same aesthetic and comfort level as houses or villas.

Moreover, our customers have various options to choose from different colors, types, and brands of materials for both the interior and exterior of their houses.

Some of the benefits of our products are: they are mobile, they do not require rigid and solid concrete foundations. They can be installed on mobile precast foundation systems that we produce ourselves. This makes them acceptable by the local authorities in areas where zoning permits are not available. All our products are manufactured under factory conditions, and only need to be assembled on site. This is convenient for the user as there is no need for any construction work.

In cases where getting an electricity subscription is impossible or very costly, we can also add package systems that enable electricity generation from solar and wind power to our standard products. If desired, all our products can be made compatible with smart home technology.
